Bellefonte, Pa. – Join the Centre County Historical Society on Wednesday, August 17, for a book signing and tours of the Gamble Mill by Matt Maris, public historian and author of Memories at the Gamble Mill: A Historic Landmark in Bellefonte, Pa.
Matt will take you on a tour through the Gamble Mill’s fascinating history and the success story of its newest rehabilitation, as highlighted in his book. Half-hour tours will be offered at 5:00, 5:45 and 6:30 p.m. with brief book signings after each tour. Tours are free, though RSVPs are needed, and they will start in The Speakeasy event space. Tours will include climbing stairs. The Republic cocktail bar at the Gamble Mill will be open for attendees to purchase beverages throughout the event.
